Chad serves as the Chief Product & Marketing Officer for ClearForce where his teams are focused on market driven products, customer success, growth, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.  He has a 30-year business and technology career including the last 14 years working in the background screening industry where he developed strategic partnerships with CRAs and data providers.  He served as a trusted advisor in this market for new products, revenue growth, partnerships, profitability, operational efficiency, and M&A. 

 

Chad was the founder and President of Nevalon Technologies, the firm that developed the Synaptec™ RPA platform for automated court data services.  He also served as VP & GM for Securitec Screening, a leading data provider to CRAs where he created their Court Data as a Service offering and was responsible for the P/L.  Chad led the sale of Nevalon and Securitec as a package to Appriss in 2020.  Equifax acquired Appriss in 2021.  While at Appriss and Equifax, he served as VP Strategic Market Growth and VP New Product Revenue for court data products.       

 

He spent 8 years in the Corporate Performance Management software market with leaders including Longview and Host Analytics.  Chad began his career with EDS as a systems engineer and progressed into sales, leadership, and ownership positions.  He is an entrepreneur, investor, and career tech executive.  Chad has a BS in Business Management from Virginia Tech and is also a graduate of the EDS System Engineering Development program.
