Jason serves as the VP of Finance and is responsible for leading the Accounting and Finance functions at ClearForce. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Virginia and has nearly 10 years of industry experience including work in both public and private accounting.

Prior to joining ClearForce, Jason served as Controller of Brazen Technologies, a human resources technology Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company focused on virtual hiring and events. His primary responsibility included building and scaling an accounting function to support company growth including a new accounting system implementation. Jason played a key role in the sale of Brazen Technologies in 2023. Prior to his time at Brazen, Jason held various accounting and finance roles at RiskLens, a cyber risk management SaaS company. At RiskLens, Jason was responsible for monthly financial processes, budgeting, forecasting, and supported a Series B fundraise in 2019. To begin his career, Jason worked at Freed Maxick CPAs, a regional public accounting firm located in Western New York, where he primarily focused on financial statement and 401k plan audits for clients in various industries.

Jason has a BS in Accounting and an MBA with a concentration in Accounting from St. John Fisher University in Rochester, NY.
