From her valedictorian days at Wofford College to an executive career at top financial institutions such as Equifax and SunTrust Bank (now Trust), Joy's performance mindset and followership expertise elevate all of those around her. In her most recent role as Chief Revenue Officer at Equifax, Inc., Joy reshaped the company's U.S. revenue organization by leveraging her management intensity and requiring an urgent pace of play to grow the top-line performance of the business to $1.3 billion.

Utilizing a mix of both organic and inorganic growth and her deep expertise in multiple sectors, including Automotive, Financial Services, Insurance, and Fintech, Joy delivered double-digit increases across the portfolio and established a new growth model that successfully optimized lead to cash. Always future-focused, Joy also led the creation of Equifax's first Fintech practice, including the EFX ACCELERATE incubator designed to mentor and advise start-up founders on the use of data, analytics, technology, and go-to-market best practice.
Joy also built an award-winning Alliance Program of Excellence while at Equifax, opening up routes to market, creating new distribution channels and driving innovation through joint product development with third parties.Partners and PE firms seek Joy's expertise in data, analytics, and technology to optimize operations and develop collaborative transformational third-party partnerships.
Joy's time at Equifax preceded a similarly impactful tenure at SunTrust Bank. Early in her career at SunTrust, Joy quickly rose through the strategy ranks, ultimately assuming the role of Chief Strategy Officer and becoming the only woman and youngest member of the executive management committee. Joy went on to build her capabilities as a P&L leader, spearheading 1,700 locations and a team of 12,000 associates. It was in this role that Joy first recognized and embraced her leadership superpowers of authenticity and influence, and her innate ability and desire to drive revenue - successfully driving the numbers and inspiring people to deliver profitable growth.
Frequently recognized for her business impact, Joy has received numerous awards and accolades, including the Silver Stevie Award for Female Business Executive of the Year in 2023 and the Atlanta Business Chronicle's Women of Influence in 2022.
