Sarah Verardo Brings Public-Private Partnership Experience & Expertise to ClearForce

Sarah Verardo

Vienna, VA. — November 4, 2024 — ClearForce, a global technology leader in the early and ongoing discovery of workforce risk, is excited to welcome Sarah Verardo, a highly-accomplished expert in the area of organizational development and public-private sector partnerships.

Sarah is a caregiver to her husband Michael, who served in the US Army and was catastrophically wounded in Afghanistan in 2010. She is the CEO of a national veteran’s non-profit, The Independence Fund, where she began her advisory work, collaborating with members of Congress and White House administrations to advocate for wounded veterans and caregivers. Sarah’s background in building public-private partnerships and her innovative approaches to military family support make her a valuable addition to the ClearForce advisory board, bringing both personal commitment and professional acumen to her new role.

“We’re proud to have Sarah join our advisory board,” said Tom Miller, CEO of ClearForce. “ClearForce has always maintained a strong military presence and commitment to our Nation’s veterans.  We greatly appreciate Sarah’s leadership and innovation to enhance our national security, community safety and reduce the risk of suicide within our military and veteran community.  Her insight and experience will benefit our strategy and our clients.”

“I am honored to join the ClearForce advisory board and contribute to a team so dedicated to enhancing security, safety, and support within the workforce and our veteran communities,” said Sarah Verardo. “ClearForce’s innovative approach to proactive risk detection and its commitment to protecting both organizations and individuals resonate deeply with my own mission to bridge public and private sector solutions for our Nation’s heroes. I look forward to supporting the ClearForce impact on organizational resilience and the well-being of those who serve.”
